The aim of the project (No. 2018-1-LV01-KA204-047006) is to encourage society to become more involved in identification, preservation, and consumption of cultural heritage by developing training programs and educational materials for libraries and making them available via Massive Open On-line Course (MOOC) thus promoting or contributing in re-designing existing and co-creating new innovative services in cultural heritage institutions.

Expected results:

State of the Art Report:

  • literature about libraries as cultural heritage institutions;
  • case studies of the best practices in partner organizations;
  • problems which libraries face in matter of cultural heritage promotion activities.

The training programme and toolkit including new metodologies:

  • Agile Frameworks (SCRUM and KANBAN);
  • Design Thinking;
  • U-Methodology;
  • Lego Serious Play;
  • Business Model You.

Four international workshops on using innovative methodologies in cultural heritage promotion.

The development of e-learning platform (MOOC) with learning-teaching-training  materials.
