The Portal for Publishers is an e-service system for Latvian publishers developed by the National Library of Latvia (NLL). The Portal was launched in 2017, and it serves as a platform for publishers to communicate with the NLL and:
- Apply for International standard numbers (ISBN, ISMN, ISSN);
- Apply for UDC and author mark;
- Receive and download ISBN, ISMN and ISSN barcodes;
- Deliver electronic publication files;
- Manage publication-related legal rights;
- Create the reports of publishing;
- Create invoices and pay for the services.
The NLL Portal for publishers is available only to registered users. Access Portal at https://izdevejiem.lnb.lv.
